Better Eating Better Health - 12-Week Program
In 12-weeks you will learn:
- How to eat properly for weight loss and optimal health,
- Proper exercise for health gain and weight loss,
- Stress management techniques to help you gain greater “life” control.
- Ways to healthfully prepare food for maximum pleasure and improved health.
- Complete a 7-day Food Log.
- Complete a Health History questionnaire.
- Complete a “metabolic type” questionnaire.
- Complete a Stool examination questionnaire.
- Complete a Yeast questionnaire.
- Meet once a week for education, motivation, and maybe Auriculotherapy (ear acupressure to reduce cravings and more).
- Have weight, body fat, and pictures taken every four weeks to chart your progress.
- Stay in email or phone contact with Dr. Rob to stay on track.
In 12-weeks you will learn to have a healthy relationship with food.
By learning the skills of good eating, proper thinking, and appreciating what we eat you will become healthier and will have the skills to accomplish your health goals.
Dr. Manfredini, D.N. believes in using "the least for the most;" meaning he gently and effectively nudges the body toward better function by removing bad muscular/tendon, skeletal/ligament patterns.
A vast majority of patients only require 1-3 visits for negation of most pain; some patients with arthritis/disease/advanced joint damage due to injury or illness may not experience negation and may only experience a reduction to tolerable levels of pain.
