This can be a stand alone class or a 3-year progressive structure that ensures deep level coherence.

The Slips, Trips, and Falls program teaches the individual proper joint mechanics which leads to proper body movement. Proper movement means more efficient motion, safer motion.
Safer motion makes the body more resilient to injury!
How is a resilient body made? Slowly with much attention to detail. One well executed motion will accomplish more than thirty mediocre repetitions. You must break down faulty patterns and rebuild efficient and highly functional movements. In other words, The plan: Identify, Educate, Perform, Adapt, and Improve thru proper exercise made available so the most people can accomplish this in the easiest and most efficient manner.
Summary: I can teach onsight or I can train your trainers; monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. Whatever your needs are we can adapt and overcome. I will teach/review the fine points of a 5-9 exercise “injury proofing” exercise plan. I will also teach one specific exercise that is designed to identify weakness, break down bad patterns, and strengthen the correct patterns. These programs are always progressing and working toward one goal, a strong resilient body! This education can be done in person or via online video.
Nutrition: Figuring out your metabolic type
This class teaches the participant how to figure out his or her personal metabolism; i.e. which foods work best for his and her personal chemistry. Very powerful!
Your posture affects your overall health. This class teaches very simple techniques to improve posture and health.
Injury Prevention Exercise Plan
4 simple exercises that teaches coordination of brain and body so you can always be strong and safe during motion. It also teaches the skills of anxiety reduction and proper body mechanics.
